What the 12-Year Warranty Covers:

  • Herman Miller 12-year warranty covers everything – electrical components, casters, pneumatic cylinders, tilts, and all moving mechanisms.
  • Herman Miller 3-shift warranty acknowledges the shifting nature of work and the necessity for products that can endure continuous use.
  • Herman Miller labor-included warranty indicates that when warranty work is done in the U.S. or Canada, Herman Miller will cover the bill.

    All authorized Herman Miller dealers offer the complete Herman Miller Warranty. Unauthorized resellers and used chairs are not covered under the 12-Year Warranty.
