Kinemat Tilt: The Kinemat tilt mechanism with tension adjustment allows the user to move around in the chair comfortably and naturally. Lumbar Support: An adjustable Lumbar support is added to the Aeron chair for added comfort and stability through hours of seated work. The Aeron creators know how important good back support is to proper spine alignment, so their lumbar pad connects to the chair back and adjusts vertically through a four and a half inch height range. It also can increase and decrease in depth by sliding the pad off and turning it around.
